We’re licensed, bonded and insured for any work we do so customers are protected. We carry CCB Residential Specialty Contractor License Number 87581 and Limited Maintenance Specialty Contractor License Number LMS471.

In addition, we have a valid City of Portland License and Metro Regional License in order to provide services for the Portland Metro Area.

Experienced, Certified, Trained Technicians

We’re not coming to our customer’s home to learn our business. Our technicians have years of experience, undergo ongoing training, and are required to obtain specific certifications for certain appliances. In addition, we have detailed Operations Manuals so it doesn’t matter which Technician we send, they pretty much do it to the same high standard.

Background-Checked and Drug-Tested

In the home services industry, we understand how important it is knowing who our customers are inviting into their home. For our customer’s security and peace of mind, our technicians are drug-tested and background-checked upon hire.

90 Day Guarantee

Our customer’s can rest assured we insist on the highest standards. If the same issue is reported on equipment we serviced within 90 days, we will return free of charge unless otherwise noted on the invoice. For more information, check out our service terms and conditions.

With AAA Appliance Service, customers will be treated as part of the family with services that reflect trust and transparency. We provide customers with a complete, flat rate estimate prior to servicing their appliance. There are never any hidden charges. What customers see is what customers pay—every time.

Respect for Property

The care and safekeeping of a customer’s home is paramount to us. Treating their space as if it were our own, our technicians carry drop cloths and shoe covers to protect flooring and furnishings to be used as necessary. After completing service, we carefully clean all work areas and return property to its original condition. We leave customers home as clean if not cleaner.

Quality Equipment and Materials

We don’t cut corners. Our company installs and sells new OEM parts. There are only less than ten aftermarket parts that may be installed or used due to their reliability and ability to be used across a large variety of manufacturers. These particular parts reduce service time and cost to the customer. In addition, AAA Appliance Service will only sell industry-best appliances that have a reputation of longevity and reliability.

AAA Appliance Service does not charge an upfront deposit. Customers never pay until all equipment is installed and running properly—and customers are completely satisfied.

At AAA Appliance Service we realize our customer’s time is precious. Our Customer Service Representatives return all inquiries as quickly as possible. We also will keep customers completely informed on the technician’s arrival with reminder calls, courtesy calls, and ensuring our technicians arrive promptly as scheduled and complete service in a timely manner.

Not only do we have a shop that is fully stocked of common parts, we send trucks that are like rolling warehouses so there’s a good chance we’ll have what we need to finish the job.
