Finally, a company that knows what they are doing and actually gets the issue fixed vs saying why it can’t be done. The person at my home was professional, explained the issue since I wanted to know, and then calmly got it fixed. The person who made my appointment followed up to confirm and then called on the day of service to provide an up to date timeline. I will use this company in the future for all my appliance needs.

I am a curmudgeon. Businesses or products rarely get 5 stars or even 4 stars from me. If they do their job they get maybe 3 stars because that is what is expected. I have to say, I was knocked over and in awe of AAA Appliance. Yes it cost me a fair amount of money to get my refrigerator fixed but it was half the price of a new one. AAA Appliance was professional, I was notified of the appointments a day before and a hour before and the tech, Cory, was always on time and in several cases early. So yea, I love AAA Appliance and Cory is my go to guy for appliance repair.
